I eat Fresh&Hot, Medium Spicy Veg Food mix with veg oil fried onion s; garlic, rice, veg pulses, cury, mix veg kurma, ghee, chapati, butter nan, tandoori roti, oil fried medium spicy vegetables, cold curd; butter-milk; ice-cream falooda, milk mixed tea, coffee. I don't use Jeans-they need more water&effort to wash; press; are thick; tight; itchy; weighty; hard on legs; thighs; produce stifnes; pain; heat; pockets hard to reach; give poor &shaby looks! I don't wear dhoti; lungi or put on Cap; Hat; Topi; Pagadi Turban nor do Yoga/Asna or recomend them. I use only rich; royal cloths; dreses; perfums. I suport&do simple light excercices&light gym
